Payment Security

We never collect or store credit or debit card numbers on this website. Online booking payments are handled by Housecall Pro on its own secure, PCI-compliant hosted pages; maintenance-plan payments are completed on Square's hosted checkout pages; and financing applications are completed directly with Wells Fargo on Wells Fargo's own secure website. When you pay in person or by phone, card details are processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor and are not retained by our website systems.

Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to serve you, meet our legal and warranty obligations, and maintain business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission across the entire website — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information as if it were our own family's.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed to homeowners and adults.
