• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• NATE certification a plus (we'll help you earn it)
• EPA 608 certification
• Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and customer-communication skills
• A reliable, honest, safety-minded approach
