I contacted Staton to come and check my AC unit as my upstairs wasn’t cooling properly. After the initial service call, it was determined that I had a leak and needed to replace my unit. We replaced, and several days later noticed that it was still just as hot as before. Another site visit determined that the new unit was bad. Fast forward to a few more hiccups that we came across, a few more visits from Brandon and they finally found the second part of our issue. Staton went above and beyond to correct the problems that were found, often times able to come out the very next day. Brandon, Mark and the team at Staton went above and beyond to resolve all that we came across during what we initially thought would be a simple AC unit replacement. I will definitely use them for any future needs, and would recommend them to anyone!
